Bengaluru-headquartered SuperBryn has raised $1.2 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Kalaari Capital’s CXXO initiative. Angel investors, including Rikant Pitti (Co-founder, EaseMyTrip), Arjun Pillai (Founder, Docket AI), Sharath Keshava Narayanan (Founder, Sanas AI), Harish Manian (Group CEO, BMH) and Nivin Pauly (South Indian actor) also participated in the round.
The startup will use the fresh capital to accelerate its product development, expand its engineering hiring, and deepen market validation with early enterprise customers across industries.

Founded less than a year ago by Nikkitha Shanker and Neethu Mariam Joy, SuperBryn’s long-term vision is to become the independent watchdog and reliability standard for enterprise AI agents, ensuring that voice AI systems meet the same monitoring, compliance, and reliability expectations as modern cloud infrastructure.

An enterprise might have a million conversations a month, but they have no idea which ones went wrong, why the agent fumbled, or how to fix it without manually reviewing thousands of calls. It was one of the five startups for Nasscom’s InnoTrek USA 2025 and has also been inducted into the Mphasis Sparkle Innovation Program USA, providing it direct access to global enterprise clients.
SuperBryn delivers automated stress testing, production observability, and intelligent self-learning loops that enable voice agents to move from pilot to production 20x faster and at 10x lower cost. Early customers have seen resolution rates improve from under 40% to over 80% within 60 days. With a global roadmap and a deep focus on high-stakes sectors, SuperBryn aims to become the independent reliability standard for enterprise AI agents.
Launched in 2021, CXXO by Kalaari Capital focuses on expanding the funding pool for women-led startups in India. Besides funding, the initiative provides access to capital, mentorship, and community support.
